Our Board of Directors
As the most senior body within GTSC, the Board of Directors are responsible for the overall management of the company and for determining and guiding its strategic direction. It appoints and oversees GTSC’s top management and will periodically review and approve GTSC’s mission statement and strategy. The Board of Directors issues directives and guidelines and defines GTSC’s organizational structure and other policies.
Mr. Edward Graham is the pioneer chairman of the GTSC Board of Directors. Mr. Graham has over twenty five years experience in Financing and Investment activities in different sectors of the Economy including Banking, Tourism, Energy and now Transportation. He works for the prestigious Social Security and Housing Finance Corporation of The Gambia in various capacities including the Director of Finance and Investment and currently as the Managing Director of the Corporation.
